The gauge on 3mm (between US2 and US3) is 26sts and 46 rows.
This yarn is exquisite. The soft warm natural yak colour gives a warm undertone to the yarn. The yarn is a joy to knit and creates a soft Yak halo. The resulting fabric is super light and warm. This yarn would work well on a larger needle size than US3 to create a more open Fabric. Hold it with fingering or DK weight in projects to create a gorgeous fabric just as you would with Mohair or Suri lace.
Perfect for an undyed natural project or a great compliment for my limited edition multicolors or semi solids. Adds a neutralizing pale greyish tint when held with brighter colors.
